One piece in Multiple Ways

We all love to shop and buy clothes but as college students we are all on a tight budget, so it is important to learn how to “work your closet” AKA learning how to wear one piece in multiple ways. Digging up hidden treasures in your closet can be fun. Here are some tips that will help you find more versatility in your closets.

Boyfriend Jeans
We all love the Boyfriend jeans because they are a comfortable and relaxed fit, but they are often defaulted as casual jeans. Truth is these jeans are very versatile.

If you pair them with a cute v-neck/crop-top and with some sandals/converse they can be worn as casual

But if you pair them with a cute sweater/top and heels/flats and they can be worn as dressy

 Maxi Dresses
We all love Maxi dresses because they are comfortable and flowy but maxi dresses are also often defaulted as casual. Many consider maxi dresses to be a casual day outfit that is worn to the beach or a BBQ, but maxi dresses (if accessorized the right way) can also be worn to a special occasion such as a wedding.

 Leggings
Leggings, Leggings are probably everyone's favorite because they are stretchy, warm, comfortable, and come in a variety of colors. Many people wear leggings to the gym, to go shopping, or maybe even for bed but leggings can also be worn for dressy occasions.

Pair your leggings up with a cute sweater, some sneakers, and a scarf and you are ready for rainy day. Pair your leggings up with some cute flats/sandals and a cute top and you are ready to hit the mall or beach.

Buy if you pair your leggings up with a cute blazer and some cute heels/boots you are ready for work or a hot date.

Here are just some ways to wear one piece in multiple ways. Dig through your closet, use your imagination and you will be ready to conquer the world (without spending too much money).
