They were one of the first companies to introduce liquid lipsticks, if not the first in late 2010.Their lipstick range has increased since they first launched the first color, Red Velvet, and carry neutrals as well a dark and bright colors. Colourpop

Colourpop is fairly new company that has became increasingly popular and this is partially due to their prices. All of their liquid lipsticks are $6, yes you heard (or read) right $6! They have a vast selection of colors for every skin tone. With these lipsticks you will not have to worry about it bleeding outside your lips, which is essential when you don't have time to touch up. They are on the dryer side, so do remember to put a lip balm under the lipstick, or you can always pair it with a lipgloss. Currently, Coloupop only sells directly through their website, but don't fret they have free shipping over $25!

Kat Von D

These liquid lipsticks are just the best! They are the middle ground between Colourpop and Lime Crime... not too dry and are perfect for those of you who don't like a completely matte lipstick. Kat Von D has a large selection and is continuously developing new colors! These sell for $20 and can be found at Sephora, and occasionally you can find them at a discount retailer, like TJMaxx for even less!
